Terms of Use and Subscription
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms apply to the Nousa app ("the app"). By using it, you accept them.
1. Publisher
The app is published by Hugo Delseaux EI, 14 allée du Grand Chêne, 31120 Portet-sur-Garonne, France, SIRET 911 949 188 00021. Contact: nousa@hugodelseaux.fr.
The pages of this website are hosted by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
2. What the app offers
Nousa offers questions and games for two people to play together on a single phone: a core set of questions sorted by category, the "Which one of us?" and "Would you rather" modes, a question of the day and a new question pack every month.
Nousa is entertainment. The app is not a substitute for support from a professional (couples counselor, psychologist, therapist).
3. Subscription
Access to the content requires a subscription. Two plans are available:
| Plan | Free trial | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly | 3 days | Every year |
| Weekly | None | Every week |
The applicable price is the one shown in the app at the time of purchase, in your country's currency, including all taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- If you subscribe during the free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until then.
- The monthly packs are included in the subscription at no extra cost.
If the price changes, Apple or Google will notify you in advance, and you will be able to cancel before the new price applies.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The app's content is provided as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing, you request this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° du Code de la consommation, the French Consumer Code). The free trial lets you try the app before any payment.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. All refund requests must be made to them:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: play.google.com, Order history section
5. Complimentary access
We may offer free access to certain people, for a period we set. This access is linked to the ID shown in the app (Settings, "My ID") and cannot be sold or transferred.
6. Intellectual property
The questions, texts, illustrations and design of the app are protected. The subscription gives you a personal, non-commercial right of use. You may share a question with friends and family or on your social media, but you may not reproduce or resell all or part of the content.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the app running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for any use of the app that breaches these terms, or for the services of Apple, Google or your network providers.
8. Personal data
How we process it is described in the privacy policy.
9. Apple terms
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. In the event of a conflict, it prevails over these terms.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The new version will be published on this page with its date. Any significant change will be flagged to you in the app.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
If there is a problem, please write to us first at nousa@hugodelseaux.fr: we will try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
Only the French version of these terms is authoritative. Versions in other languages are translations.
